All Telos Audio Design products are covered by a Three (3) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

The warranty period varies depending on the product category:

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser or products purchased through authorized Telos Audio Design dealers or distributors.

Warranty service will be provided under the following conditions:

1. The product shows manufacturing or material defects under normal use.
2. The product remains within the valid warranty period.
3. The product has not been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
4. A valid proof of purchase or product serial number is available.

During the warranty period, Telos may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product free of charge
• Replace defective components
• Replace the product with an equivalent or upgraded unit

The warranty will become void under the following circumstances:

1 Unauthorized Opening or Modification

The enclosure screws and internal structure are part of a precision-engineered design.

If the product has been opened, modified, repaired, or altered in any way by unauthorized personnel, the warranty will immediately become void.

2 Use of Non-Original Parts or Accessories

The use of non-original or non-approved components may cause damage and void the warranty, including but not limited to:

• Non-original internal components
• Unauthorized power modules
• Unauthorized modifications

3 Incorrect Power Supply or Voltage

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Incorrect operating voltage
• Power fluctuations or surges
• Non-approved power equipment
• Improper grounding

4 Misuse or Physical Damage

Including but not limited to:

• Dropping or impact damage
• Liquid or water damage
• Exposure to excessive heat or humidity
• Lightning strikes or natural disasters

5 Serial Number Removal or Damage

The product serial number is required for warranty identification.

If the serial number has been:

• Removed
• Altered
• Made unreadable

Telos Audio Design reserves the right to refuse warranty service.

The equipment must only use fuses specified by the manufacturer.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using fuses with higher current ratings
• Using incorrect fuse types

Incorrect fuse usage may cause:

• Equipment damage
• Fire or safety hazards
• Immediate warranty void

If the product requires service:

1. Contact the original dealer, or
2. Contact the Telos official service center.

The product may need to be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center for inspection.

Unauthorized repair attempts will void the warranty.

During the warranty period, Telos Audio Design will cover the labor and replacement parts required for repair or replacement.

Customers may still be responsible for:

• Shipping costs
• Insurance fees
• Import/export duties
• Local taxes

Telos Audio Design shall not be responsible for:

• Commercial losses
• System downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

The liability of Telos Audio Design is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product itself.

Telos grounding products are designed to improve the grounding conditions of audio systems and reduce system noise.

For optimal performance and safety, grounding devices must be installed and used according to the instructions provided by Telos or authorized dealers.

Improper installation, incorrect grounding connections, or incompatible grounding configurations may result in reduced performance or potential equipment issues.

Telos shall not be responsible for any damage or system issues caused by improper installation or misuse of grounding products.

Telos products are designed and manufactured according to standard electrical specifications.

However, the performance of audio systems may be influenced by local power conditions, including but not limited to:

• Electrical noise
• Voltage fluctuations
• Power surges or transient voltage events
• Ground loop conditions

Although Telos products are designed to reduce or manage these issues, performance may vary depending on the electrical environment, and Telos does not guarantee identical results in all environments.

The performance of Telos products may vary depending on the configuration of the audio system in which they are used.

Factors that may influence performance include, but are not limited to:

• Overall system configuration
• Cable types and connections
• Grounding conditions
• Power quality
• Environmental factors

Due to the highly individual nature of high-end audio systems, Telos cannot guarantee identical sonic results or improvements in every system.
